Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of superpowers.social ("the Service"), operated by PATRYK KOBIELAK, NIP PL8411727618, registered in Poland ("we", "us"). By signing in or calling the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the Service does
The Service is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. It exposes tools that let an AI assistant read public posts from X/Twitter and Reddit — searching, reading threads, and listing a user's public posts. It does not post, reply, vote, follow, or act on your behalf on either platform.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with Google or GitHub. There is no password for us to store.
- One account gets one API key. You may replace or revoke it at any time.
- Your API key is shown once. Anything done with it counts as done by you, so keep it secret and revoke it if it leaks.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Allowances
The free allowance is 20 tool calls per account per day, shared across every connected app and your API key, resetting at midnight UTC. Reconnecting an app or rotating your key does not reset it. Paid plans are advertised as "Coming soon" and are not active — nothing is for sale and no payment details are collected.
We may change the allowance, and we may throttle or suspend an account that degrades the Service for others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Work around the allowance — no multiple accounts, shared keys, or automated account creation to get more calls.
- Use the Service to build a bulk dataset of, or to profile, identifiable individuals.
- Break the terms of X/Twitter or Reddit, or any applicable law, through your use of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service.
- Probe, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section.
5. Third-party content
Everything the Service returns is content published by other people on X/Twitter and Reddit. We do not own it, did not write it, and do not endorse or verify it. It remains subject to those platforms' own terms and to the rights of its authors. Availability depends on those platforms; they can change or block access at any time and we cannot guarantee any particular result.
6. Your data
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains what we collect. Note in particular that the arguments you pass to a tool — your search terms — are recorded in our telemetry and linked to your account.
7. Availability and warranties
The Service is free and provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise any uptime, latency, completeness, or accuracy, and we may change or discontinue it at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Because the Service is currently free, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (which is zero) and EUR 100. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop at any time: revoke your key, disconnect your apps, or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where the law requires it. Sections 5 to 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, and disputes fall to the courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may amend these Terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
